Hiring: Product & Sales Advisor (Full-Time + Commission) – Srinergy.ai
Srinergy.ai is looking for a strategic and results-driven Product & Sales Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise to drive customer acquisition
- Forge high-value partnerships, and scale revenue
- Leading and managing a team to develop AI Agents tailored for business applications
If you have experience in B2B SaaS, AI services, or enterprise sales and can strategically position AI-driven solutions, we want you on board!
Role Overview:
- Position: Product & Sales Advisor
- Key Focus Areas: Customer acquisition, AI product positioning, strategic partnerships & managing AI development team
- Compensation: Base salary + high commission per closed deal
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Hours: Must be available during EST (U.S.) time zone
Who Should Apply?
- Technical understanding of AI products – ability to communicate AI solutions and manage an AI development team
- Proven sales closer – can turn AI leads into high-value paying customers
- Experience leading AI teams – managing AI/ML engineers and aligning product development with market needs
- Strong network – ability to accelerate AI adoption in businesses
- Commitment for at least 2 years – we’re looking for long-term growth contributors
- Self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven – thrive in a fast-paced AI startup environment
